Our lawyer pointed out inconsistencies in the statements given that the complainants admitted they were heavily intoxicated, as well as the fact that there were no members of the public present to justify the affray charge. In his interview, our client was clear, consistent and concise in his account of what happened in that one of the men threatened his house mate and threw the first punch.
