We are strong advocates that will turn over all rocks and explore all defences to have charges withdrawn or settled on the best outcome. We do this through negotiations with prosecutors and plea plans that reduce the impact on our clients’ criminal records.
Helping Young Offenders
Young offenders are especially at risk of reoffending and we help to address the underlying issues. Our focus is on rehabilitation to minimise the risk young people appearing before the courts again and the impact on their futures.
